About the Role

The Accountable Manager has corporate authority for ensuring that all operations and maintenance activities can be financed and carried out to the standard required by the Authority and he holds the ultimate responsibility for the safe, secure and efficient operation of all public transport flights carried out under SeaFlite NSOP. The Accountable Manager will have the final authority in determining whether a proposed flight can be made in accordance with national and international regulatory requirements and in accordance with SeaFlite NSOP and Company standards.

Specifically, the Accountable Manager is responsible for:

a. Setting, monitoring and controlling operational standards of efficiency, safety and training;

b. Cost control and effectiveness, monitoring performance and achievement, with particular regard to manning levels and budget preparation, including:
(i). Ensuring that each department has a sufficient budget to meet regulatory requirements, industry best practice and SeaFlite proposed commercial programme; and
(ii). The recruitment of suitably qualified and otherwise competent staff.

c. Ensuring that the Quality Assurance Programme is implemented and maintained.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any Discipline.


  • Minimum Aviation Management background experience of 3+ years in similar roles.


  • Willing to relocate to Mumbai.


  • Basic computer Microsoft Office skills.
