4. Overriding Law

These Conditions of Carriage are applicable to the Booking, except to the extent they are inconsistent with Tariffs or applicable law, in which events such Tariffs or laws shall prevail. If any provision of these Conditions of Carriage is or becomes invalid or is held to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Carriage shall remain valid and continue to be enforceable.
