Waitlist Ticket
As part of our commitment to our Islanders, SeaFlite is pleased to extend waitlist ticket for travel on a space-available basis. These tickets are not confirmed tickets and travel is subject to availability of seats on that particular flights. Travel will be confirmed by the check-in staff at the airport. Please note, as with all airline travel, availability of flights can change quickly, and waitlist travel is not guaranteed. Check out some of our tips below for the best chances to fly waitlist!

Note: Waitlist on particular flight is limited to maximum of 2 passengers only. and will be confirmed on a space-available basis.

Conditions applicable to fly Waitlist Ticket with SeaFlite:
​
1. Arrive early to Airport – Arrive at least one hour prior to the departure to the airport and you’ll have the best chance to fly when you’re higher in the queue.

2. Bring your Government issued photo ID and your Waitlist Ticket – Passengers are required to show a government-issued photo ID at check-in. You’ll also need to present your waitlist ticket.

3. Acceptance on a flight – Our customer Service Agents will do their best to confirm you on a flight as soon as space becomes available. We prioritize our waitlist passengers based on the booking date and time whichever is earlier but if the passenger weight is restricting based on the actual available payload then the passenger with lower weight will be accepted to travel on the flight.

4. Cancellation Policy for Waitlist Tickets – Below policies will be applicable for cancellation of waitlist ticket.

a.) One hour prior to departure : If the waitlist ticket is not confirmed, you may cancel your booking one hour prior to departure without any cancellation fee.
​
b.) Within one hour to departure : Cannot be cancelled until departure. If confirmed normal cancellation fee applies or if the ticket is not confirmed then in that case, full refund of the ticket will be processed by the airport staff and the refund may be collected at the point of sale in the same payment mode as done during the purchase of the waitlist ticket.
